PERINGATAN HARI OLAHRAGA NASIONAL (HAORNAS) 2022

 

Hari Olahraga Nasional (Haornas) diperingati setiap tanggal 9 September sebagai momentum untuk memperingati sejarah olahraga nasional yang mencerminkan pentingnya olahraga sebagai gaya hidup bangsa Indonesia. Tema Peringatan Hari Olahraga Nasional 2022 adalah “Bersama Cetak Juara”. Haornas bertujuan mengajak masyarakat agar semakin memahami pentingnya olah raga sebagai salah satu cara menjaga kesehatan demi meningkatkan kualitas hidup.

 

Salah satu cara yang dilakukan SMA Strada St Thomas Aquino dalam rangka menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas jasmani yang sehat yaitu dengan melakukan senam bersama. Senam bersama ini diikuti oleh seluruh siswa, bapak, dan ibu guru serta karyawan di lapangan rumput komplek Strada Pabuaran. Kegiatan senam bersama dipandu oleh Bapak Hendricus Galang dan Bapak Laurentius Aldo selaku Guru Olahraga SMA Strada St Thomas Aquino.

 

Dalam oborlan singkat dengan Bapak Galang dan Bapak Aldo, beliau mengatakan bahwa selain untuk menjaga kesehatan, meningkatkan imunitas tubuh, membudayakan olahraga dan pola hidup sehat, kegiatan senam ini juga dilakukan untuk mempererat kebersamaan seluruh warga sekolah. Di akhir obroloan, Bapak Galang menyampaikan sebuah pesan untuk seluruh siswa, bapak, dan ibu guru serta karyawan agar selalu melakukan olahraga untuk investasi kesehatan masa depan. Senada dengan bapak Galang, Bapak Aldo turut menyampaikan harapan,“Semoga kita semua dapat terus meningkatkan kebiasaan olahraga”.
